CMT Is Helping You Get to Know Kip Moore with New Web Series. We’ve had our eye on Kip Moore over here at CMNB since the release of his first video, “Mary Was The Marrying Kind” in May of 2011, and it looks like he’s really startin’ to gun for that Nashville limelight! Moore has his second video out now for single, “Soemthin’ Bout A Truck“, and recently announced that his debut album, Up All Night, will be available April 24th! He is also headed out on tour with Billy Currington this year! In the meantime, CMT is helping you get to know Moore just a little bit better in a new web series! Kip Moore Will Join Tour with Billy Currington and David Nail. Kip Moore is taking off…on tour that is! He is joining the U.S. concert line-up with Billy Currington and David Nail. His run of concert dates kicks off March 23rd in Dothan, AL at the Toadlick Music Festival! Don’t forget, Moore has an album, Up All Night, coming out April 24th. Read more about it here.
Kip Moore Sets Release Date for Debut Album! You’ve probably heard Kip Moore‘s single, “Somethin’ Bout A Truck“, and if you like it, you’re in luck! The single belongs on Moore’s debut record, Up All Night, and he has just announced it will release April 24th! Kip has put a lot of heart and soul into this album, and he is understandably excited about getting it out there for fans to enjoy! “The song doing great is a huge accomplishment, but the fact that I’m getting to release a whole record, something I’ve put so much energy into over the years, is the biggest accomplishment in my music career thus far. I am so excited for people to get a chance to hear this record because I feel like it is an emotional record and I want to be able to move people like the records moved me growing up.” -Kip Moore If the rest of the album is anything like what we’ve heard so far, I think this is one album I’ll have on repeat all summer long! Moore’s got an authentic country voice, the kind that makes country girls weak in the knees, and there is just the right amount of steel guitar in his music to give that edge we all love. New Video for Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck From Kip Moore! Kip Moore released his second single, “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck” in September, and the video for this sexy playful number is now available! This track is the follow up to Moore’s debut single “Mary Was The Marrying Kind“, and it is a heck of a lot of fun. This new song was inspired by experiences in his teen years with a girl who didn’t quite seem interested until she got an eyeful of Kip driving his daddy’s truck! “I drove the hoopty of all hoopties…We’d had a couple of dates and the girl didn’t seem too excited about me, and then one day that car broke down and I borrowed my dad’s truck.
