CMT Music Awards Breakthrough Video of the Year Nominees Announced!

Nominees for at least one of the categories of the upcoming CMT Music Awards have been announced! The category, Breakthrough Video of the Year, highlights the best video from the album of the breakthrough artist! The nominees are: Thompson Square for “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not“, Lee Brice for “Love Like Crazy“, The Band Perry for “If I Die Young“, Aaron Lewis for “Country Boy“, and Jerrod Niemann for “Lover, Lover“.

The remainder of the nomination will be aired on a special segment on NBC‘s Today show Wednesday, April 27th (that’s tomorrow!!) during the 10am ET hour. Also, featured during the segment will be a live performance by The Band Perry of their hit song “You Lie“.

The CMT Music Awards will air on June 8th and you can catch them LIVE on CMT or cmt.com.
