Country Legend Emmylou Harris And English-Folk-Rock Quartet Mumford & Sons Hit The Stage For The Latest Episode of CMT Crossroads.

Mumford & Sons will share the stage with Country Music Hall of Fame member Emmylou Harris when CMT presents an all-new episode of CMT CROSSROADS. Meeting and collaborating for the first time on the CMT CROSSROADS stage in Nashville, Mumford & Sons and Harris will perform acclaimed Harris favorites “The Road” and “Orphan Girl” and the group’s “Awake My Soul,” “The Cave” and more from their new release, Babel.

This is the second time Harris has taken the stage for CMT CROSSROADS since collaborating with Dave Matthews in 2003.

Mumford & Sons and Emmylou Harris join an elite group of performers who have taped CMT CROSSROADS, the critically-acclaimed series that pairs country music stars with popular artists from other genres—pop, rock, R&B—to play together, swap stories, and share their common love of music. CROSSROADS has aired on CMT for over a decade and has featured over 40 musical pairings, which have included recently Joe Walsh & Friends, Steven Tyler and Carrie Underwood; Sting and Vince Gill; as well as Bon Jovi and Sugarland; John Mayer and Keith Urban; Kelly Clarkson and Reba McEntire; Joss Stone and LeAnn Rimes; Robert Plant and Alison Krauss; Def Leppard and Taylor Swift; Train and Martina McBride; and The Pretenders and Faith Hill, and many more.
