Jewel Safe After Car Accident
Jewel, who is pregnant with her first child with rodeo champion husband Ty Murray, is safe and sound after being involved in a wreck with a fire truck Friday in Texas. The fire truck was responding to a grass fire when it collided with the passenger side of Jewel’s SUV. Jewel went to the hospital immediately after the accident to confirm that she and her baby were fine, and tests confirmed, happily, that they were.
Since the unfortunate accident, Jewel has kept fans up to date with regular tweets on her condition.
“Dr said no working out, so I’m just going to take it easy…just a little sore and banged up – but feeling so blessed this morning.” -Jewel
Jewel announced her pregnancy is January, and confirmed that she and her husband are expecting a baby boy.
