Loretta Lynn Announces Zoey Deschanel To Play Her On Broadway!
Loretta Lynn has officially announced that a Broadway stage adaption of Coal Miner’s Daughter is in the works, and she has chosen actress Zoey Deschanel to portray her! Loretta is understandably excited about the upcoming project, and Deschanel is grateful for the opportunity!

I never imagined I’d see Coal Miner’s Daughter on a movie screen, and now I can’t believe it’s going to be on a stage for people to see. I’m going to be right there in the front row.
