Its no secret that we’re HUGE Zac Brown Band fans around here at CMNB headquarters, and one reason why we love them so much is because of Camp Southern Ground. Founded by band leader, Zac Brown, the camp strives to create a place for “kids with different backgrounds and diverse abilities, giving them an opportunity to learn and grow through customized programs provided in a positive, healthy and organic environment“. Today (November 27th), is “Giving Tuesday“, a campaign aimed at encouraging people to give in anyway they can to important causes that they believe in!
About Giving Tuesday.
We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. This year help create #GivingTuesday™, the giving season’s opening day.
On Tuesday November 27, 2012 charities, families, businesses and individuals are coming together to transform the way people think about, talk about and participate in the giving season.
